My younger brother is Obsessed with eating erasers.

 Ever since He had been in the fourth grade he has been eating erasers(don't ask why). He used to eat erasers a lot and I'm not even sure how he started doing it. It's not as bad anymore, and I thought it would stop. It's been going on for four years, and he just can't stop. He is  extremely serious with it because lately he has eaten more than usual and he can't stop. He always had a compulsion to eat them. He tries to resist as much as possible, but it's no good.  For example, if he erases something on a piece of paper and there are those bits of eraser shavings left over, he will feel the need to eat them or else he will feel mild to severe anxiety.This is extremely embarrassing and it seems extremely stupid, but it's for real. In 5th grade everybody used to know about it because he didn't really care. Looking at him eating those shavings, my sister also started eating them. Now, everybody thinks he have stopped, yet it's getting harder and harder for him to keep it secret from others. and if i tell him to stop he say's please don't say "Just stop eating erasers" because I can't "just stop."

Obsessed with WhatsApp!

Can you relate to the following:

• Alluring ting-ting of messages makes you get up and check your phone.
•  You constantly check  someone’s “last seen”on WhatsApp and  mentally calculate the time difference in the time they take.
• Your rate of changing your display picture is 4 times a day.
• Your day begins with checking and ends with checking of your WhatsApp.

   

If the answer to all these questions is  yes, then you too are officially a WhatsApp ADDICT like me!   

WhatsApp is today’s craze,obsession and addiction. The entire world is connected through this app which adds  30 million users per month! 30 MILLION USERS. And if that’s not about it, whatsapp currently has 400 MILLION monthly active users. WOW.

Surely, the most common disease among today’s generation is WhatsApp addiction. So major is this “addiction”, that people have actually started living in the virtual world of whatsapp. If whatsapp was a country, then it’s “citizens” would be more than countries like Geramany and France.

The obsession is getting crazier day by day. Be it school, college or work, I have to be connected via WhatsApp. l'm a part of N number of WhatsApp groups and still I don't  know what is going on. That’s how confusing everything gets. Things just don't end there.I expect each and every one on my friend list to reply me almost immediately. if they don't, i just start the negative thought train in my mind.I cook up a thousand reasons(believe me, all negative) which may be why they don't reply me when the truth can be far from.

This talk about WhatsApp can go on and on but I’ll have to take your leave. My phone is buzzing with a WhatsApp notification.

Obsessed with loved ones

Sajida is obsessed with her loved ones i.e. her family and close friends. She loves spending as much time as possible with them.

'' Let's Take A SELFIE"

Clicking Selfie's is like a trend now, everywhere one goes he/she sees people and especially teens clicking selfie's, be in individual or group selfie's. And now with the improvement in technology and availability of front camera on most of the smartphones some people are getting obsessed with selfie's they click a selfie anytime and anywhere by posing in a number of ways be it with their tongues sticking out, with a pout, with cute smiles and the list goes on and on. When I asked some of the people why they liked clicking selfie's  everyone had a different reasons like

 

Aniket says that it helps him to pose in such a way that he looks good

 

Anita and Tapasyya say they don't like group Selfie's but enjoy clicking individual selfie's

 

Tabasum is very much obsessed with clicking Selfie's. She calls herself the "Selfie Queen". Everyday she clicks a minimum of 10-12 Selfie's and just loves to pout.

“Suresh Raina is awesome”

Mousami is very much obsessed with Cricketer Suresh Raina .She is a big fan of Suresh Raina. She has a collection of Suresh Raina’s pics, wallpapers etc. on her cell and also her laptop. She does not miss any of his matches it might be Test matches, ODIs, T20, IPL matches and World cup matches and during examination time also. She follows Suresh Raina on twitter, Facebook and other social networking sites. Her WhatsApp status is also on him. She loves Suresh Raina and says he’s awesome.

“I love Sachin Tendulkar”

Rohit Chougule loves cricket and his favourite player is none other than the Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar. He likes the way he used to play and brought happiness on a billion faces. Rohit collects all the magazines where ever there’s a picture of Sachin. Rohit says that the saddest day was when Sachin announced that he would retire which means no matches where he could see him play.

Obsessed with Taylor Swift

 I have a cousin who is absolutely obsessed with Taylor Swift. Let me start by saying that there are several celebrities and artists that I absolutely adore, and I actually really like Taylor as well. But my cousin takes it to a whole other level. 

She runs this Taylor Swift tumblr which she constantly updates. She has a personal one as well, but never updates that one. On her tumblr she's constantly saying she saw something in the store that reminded her of Taylor, and freaking out about when she sees the number 13 because that's Taylor's "lucky number~*~" She buys those Taylor Swift books and gift cards you can find at Caculo Mall and sees her in concert 5 times every tour, making a new fan sign for every time... something I might have done with Hanson when I was 10. It all seems so juvenile to me. 

All of this would be acceptable if she were a 12 year old, but she's 22. She lives with her parents. She doesn't work or go to college. She tries to dress up like her and only seems to like things that Taylor might approve of. It really irritates me because I feel like she has no other ambitions in life other than obsessing over Taylor Swift, so I don't hang out with her much anymore. When I do hang out with her I feel like she's constantly thinking of Taylor or something.. it weirds me out. 

Basically I'm wondering if it is irrational that I have such a difficult time being around her or relating to her at all. She doesn't understand why I haven't made much of an effort to hang out with her and I don't know if there's a way to tell her what's on my mind, or if I should even bother?

Obsession with Nail Polish.

I love my nails…. 

I loved nails since I was young, I’d  Secretly make some fake nails and stuck Them on my nails so it looks pretty and long.

I’m 18, and I wear nail polish most of the time. At first, was mainly so I would get rid of the Habit of biting my nails, but at the same time I enjoy painting them pretty with different colours that match my mood.

I just love looking at nails with pretty colours, It just makes me happy. About 10 minutes ago, I found myself looking at OPI nail polishes ….. I don’t own any OPI, but I think I will soon.

I have almost about 20 different nail polishes siting on my night table, most them are  like the cheap Sally Hanson Xtreme bottles. Don’t say I’m cheap—well I guess I sort of am, but it’s actually mainly because of my mom as she hates it. when I come home with a new nail polish bottle She thinks it’s a waste of money+ time  to put on some nails, and she thinks  it’s better that I rather spend time reading.

I mean, I’m so used to painting nails, that I swear- I can paint 10 nails beautifully in less than 5 minutes. I have thick nails, and I have a way to make the polish not chip so much, so I don’t even spend time fixing nails at all.

I just can’t believe I was looking at nail polishes online…..half the time, I found myself saying’’ I want that….’’ ‘’ooh, I want  that one…..’’ ‘’OMG!, that’s  so pretty…. That would look so nice on my nails’’ I know it’s a problem,  but still….. all I want to know is, are any other girl’s like this? Am I the only weird, crazy one who as an obsession with the most ridiculous thing????

                                                  

My Obsessed friends

My friend Tabasum Sayed  is so….so…so.. Obsessed of  boy bands more like hell crazy for them. Her favorite boy band is the world’s biggest boy band that is “ONE DIRECTION”. She is so… Crazy that she stay up all night for their concert updates, new albums, award functions and all of that! She has a collection of all their songs their documentary movies, One Direction phone case and One Direction earings! Boy band save my life and She love love One Direction

I am obsessed about sunglasses .I Love shopping Sunglasses. I mostly do online shopping for Sunglasses. I Love branded Sunglasses. My dream is to have a huge collection of Sunglasses.

 

I am obsessed about cricket

I Love Cricket and I am obsessed a lot about Cricket matches especially when the Indian team is playing the Cricket matches especially One Day Matches (ODI's),T20,World cup and IPL matches. Even if I don't feel good or I am very sick or I might have some other important work or even my exams, I never miss any matches.I am really obsessed about Cricket matches.
